Healthier eyes

Lutein is supposed to be good for the eyes. Before trying this product, I read that lutein can protect against cataracts and macular degeneration. As I age, I am increasingly concerned about the deterioration of my eyesight and want to do all I can to prevent it. In food forms, lutein can be found in dark leafy vegetables like kale and in some fruits. I try to eat a healthy serving of fruits and vegetables daily, but can't always add foods like kale into my diet. Thus, I take a variety of supplements to ensure that I get the necessary vitamins and minerals. Lutein is one of the supplements that I have started to recently take. I decided to use the Schiff brand because Schiff is a product that has served me well in the past. I have tried a variety of Schiff products and have been happy with the quality of all of them. Though it is still new to my daily routine, I look forward to the effect lutein will have on my long-term eyesight and truly hope that I will see substantial benefits.
