Not as great as a multivitaminby AJ Goldberg
Forty bucks is a lot to pay for a multi-vitamin. Especially when it only replaces fruits and veggies. I tried it; the pills are needed at every meal. The packaging is awful, and they're no better than a generic store brand. I went back to Walgreens Multivitamins after a week; these weren't worth the hassle.

I usually don't eat the recommended amount of veggies each day that you need. I'm on the go most of the time, it's hard to eat everything that your body requires each day. This has helped with increased energy, and provides me with the necessary intake I need. I still eat fresh fruits and veggies, but this supplies what I don't get, not to mention the good price of a good product. I'm happy my nephew suggested them to me.

I'm not a fan of the Garden 7 for many reasons. First of all you have to take it too frequently. Why can't they condense it into a one-a-day pill? Additionally, I feel that the pill itself could be better shaped, it looks regular but once you pop it in your mouth you have trouble swallowing it (at least I did). Take my advice and just drink a V-8.

A fantastic way to get the extra vitamins that your diet may be missing! A lot of us don't have the time or money to plan a well balanced diet of fruits and veggies, and this supplement helps to cover the nutritional gap. I noticed a big difference in energy levels while using this product!
