A Great Multi use Product

This supplement contains bromelian, a protein digesting Enzyme. It is great at relieving bloating and even constipation over a longer period of time. Gas disappears when you take it regularly.

However, most people don't know that protein digestion is important for the entire body-the pressure and secretions in the sinus's and the lungs are pertinacious and must be broken down and removed from your tissues to heal from a cold, for instance. Damaged muscle and scar tissue is pertinacious and must also be broken down in order to heal from injuries.

In my experience and that of my family, it helps colds, pain, muscle aches and even depression as well as digestion. If you are looking for a multitasking supplement with a lot of bang for your buck-this is a great pick.
