Papaya has always been known to be great for relieving indigestion and an upset stomach. Since we live far from the tropics and can't really get access to the real fruit, we decided to give Papaya mint a try. Everyone in my house takes it when they have any stomach upsets. EVERYONE IN MY FAMILY USES THIS PRODUCT WHEN THEY HAVE A STOMACH UPSET OF ANY KIND. I HAVE FOUND IT TO WORK ESPECIALLY WELL ON MY 7 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER. SHE FREQUENTLY SUFFERS FROM INDIGESTION FROM EATING TOO FAST OR THE DREADED CHILDHOOD STOMACH VIRUSES. SHE REALLY LIKES THE FRESH TASTE OF PAPAYA THAT IT LEAVES IN HER MOUTH.

This is great for kids with an upset stomach. I mean there really isn't anything else you can give a kid who is throwing up. This is a tasty chewable mint that calms the stomach down. It's also good for indigestion. It's a regular at our house.

I try to eat healthy and try to eat more raw fruits and vegetables.
Sometimes I eat cooked food which is hard to digest. I take 1 or 2 of these tablets and I know I won't be suffering with a tummy ache all night.
