Didn't Work for Chronic Stomach Problems . . .

If you are trying this product in hope of relieving constipation, don't get your hopes up. It is a large pill, tough to swallow. I tried this product daily for 1 month, but no noticeable improvement. I have noticed products like powders, teas and liquids tend to be more effective than pills for helping this problem. Save your money and use it to buy some fresh fruit and bottled water- they will be much more useful!

Gets the job done fiber

This is one fiber product that I like. Though the capsule is a tad bigger than I like to swallow, it gets the job done and keeps me regular. It doesn't give you cramps in your abdomen like a OTC laxative. Take daily for best results.
