My grandfather used to consume psyllium husk every day to stay regular.
Once, I was suffering from constipation and my doctor recommended Psyllium Fiber. My mom was kind of surprised that he recommended it.
This works, but the problem is that it might be hard for some people to consume it. And make sure that you take a lot of fluid with it.
