This bulk fiber has worked very well for me in promoting my regularity. The only thing I noticed about it can cause a bit of gas so I advise not to take it on an empty stomach and flush it down with the recommended eight ounces of water and you'll be feeling like a brand new person!

Fantastic Product, Hard to Swallow

I love Psyllium Whole Husks for all the positive benefits, but I find it so difficult to get it down. I've tried it in juices, water--any liquid I could think of that would allow me to quickly swish it down. The best way I found to use Psyllium Whole Husks is to add it to a blended fruit/protein drink. I don't have those every day, but I know that when I do I am attending to my colon's good health.

Psyllium husks are a great way to add fiber. I like this product because it gives you much more flexibility in its usage than capsules do. You can take it as a teaspoon-full (just as you would take a capsule), or you can sprinkle it in soups, cereal, casseroles, etc.
