I have used Royal Jelly cream for my face for years now and love how it makes my skin feel. What could be better than that? This product allows you to have Royal Jelly from the inside out! This product leaves my skin looking fresh and clear. It leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth. I have also found this product to leave my hair feeling more manageable and less dull. Besides all of this, it helps me to feel more energetic and refreshed, especially as the work week drags on. I would recommend mixing it with applesauce.

For a very long time, I knew about Royal Jelly but only as an additive for face creams. I used an under-eye cream that contained royal jelly and was always literally amazed at how well it worked. Once I found out Royal Jelly could also be taken as a supplement, I was eager to try it and was not disappointed. This stuff is great for when you're near your menstrual cycle. As the other reviewer said, it really balances your hormones, and although I don't use it as regularly as I should, I try to remember often because it really does give me a better feeling as I go through my day. It really is ideal for when you're having a difficult time getting started in the morning, or when you're wearing out halfway through the day. It just makes you feel more "elastic" and I believe it improves your appearance, skin tone etc. as well. I also find that taking it in teaspoon form (as this stuff is) is easier than swallowing a capsule every day, since as mentioned you can mix it easily into food.

My mother and I both use royal jelly and find that it really balances our hormones. It has helped her through menopause and it has helped me as I struggled to regulate my cycles so that I could get pregnant. I usually have my teaspoon mixed with honey on a piece of toast in the morning and it makes me feel so good, I wouldn't want to start my day without it.
