Made me feel nervous

I wanted to take SAMe to help with mood swings that I get when I'm, well, moody. I first noticed that I was feeling a bit jittery and then nervous. I kept taking them, because I thought it would get better, but then, it started to interfere with my sleeping. I felt like I was actually worse taking it. Maybe it's just me.
