I have taken this product for almost 3 weeks now and have seen a dramatic change in my mood. It has helped me with increased energy and aleviated symptoms of SAD (seasonal depression). If taken in the morning on a empty stomach 400mg seems excellant and works throughout the day! I definately would recommend this product as an alternative to antidepressant medication without the side effects.
