Helps Arthritis

I started taking this product after reading a report that claimed that a 500 mg dose of sea cucumber taken 2x daily reduced the pain and inflammation associated with arthritis. Apparently, sea cucumber is a natural arthritis treatment. I suffer from pain in my joints and have taken many different natural products to diminish this pain. In general, my pain is substantially less that it was prior to taking these products. Because I take a variety of different products however, I cannot entirely attribute my healthier, pain-less existence to sea cucumber, but I do believe that it played a role in my recovery as I have heard numerous times that sea cucumber has long been known to have antioxidant effects and help promote the repair of cartilage. I take sea cucumber twice a day, every day.

Great supplement

This is one of those products where the actual food doesn't taste that good, but one might still need the vitamin benefit of it. This supplement does just that. Sea cucumber is good as a balancer and cure for many ailments such as pain and cholesterol. It is worth a try.

I was pleasantly surprised when I found this product. My Asian background exposed me to sea cucumber at an early age. I use it in my soups and braised dishes. My Chinese medicine doctor told me that sea cucumber is actually a key ingredient in traditional Chinese medicine. It can treat things like high blood pressure and joint pains. My mother told me that it even has cosmetic benefits. It is supposed to make your skin more elastic and firm. I'm so thrilled to have found this product, because it's so convenient to just take the supplement. (It is a huge hassle to cook!)
