Thought it was a gag gift

OK, it sounds gross that's why I thought it was a gag gift. It is legit though, and it is good if you are like me and hate milk. Someone bought it for me to help replenish vitamins from a bad diet and it's never too early to start thinking about the o word (osteoporosis). I rated it a 3 because I'm taking it as a preventive, I don't know how it works if you have damage.
