while doing the dvd workout series "Rushfit." I began having knee pain. I had been taking glucosamine chondroiton which had little effect. I swithed to shark cartilage and within a week all my knee pain was gone and felt better than they have in a long time. I am 41 years old. The exercise program i am doing is high intesity with many compound movements. I definitely would recommend this product to anyone.
