As a senior citizen, there are many aging aliments that we have to contend with, and arthritis is one of them. I also fractured my hip in 3 places and recovery was slow and painful. Joint pain is a daily constant, movement is slow and deliberate. I needed to find something to bring relief, when a friend suggested shark cartilage. I said, "You have to be kidding, who in the world would take shark cartilage!" Then I started to do research and found it is a popular supplement. I have tried others, more potent that this product; some seem to work, some didn't, some were hard on the stomach, etc. I recommend this product, as the daily pain and discomfort have eased up considerably.
