Shiitake for good health

I happened upon these tablets in the local vitamin store and was told they are capable of improving blood pressure levels. My family has a prevalent history of hypertension and high blood pressure, so I am very cautious about my health. I tried these Shiitake supplements for several weeks, and found that not only my blood pressure, but also my cholesterol was maintained at healthy levels. Also, as an added benefit, the tablets themselves contain a slight aroma of natural Shiitake, a definite plus for lovers of the mushroom.
