Tastes bad, but makes you feel great!

If you are like me, you are a very busy person who doesn't always make time to eat right. I take Spirulina in order to counter-act some of the processed foods I consume during the day. It has so many nutrients in it. The powder form makes it so easy to eat on the go. My favorite thing to do with the powder is make it into smoothies, which makes the taste a little better too. I am left with more energy which I desperately need to make it through the day with my sanity intact.
