An acceptable alternative

I have been a believer in the benefits of wheatgrass for many years, and my family has taken to growing it in our house to juice. Though I cannot believe that these pills, despite being highly conentrated, can have the same advantages of liquid wheatgrass, they certainly taste quite a bit better and require significantly less effort. I take these pills when away from home, as I would not have access to a juicer, in order to keep up the habit and maintain the high levels of energy wheatgrass provides. I still prefer liquid forms, but this is certainly a good alternative for those who cannot manage the texture or taste, or for those who do not have time or capability to grow the grass and juice it themselves.

Better than liquid

I simply cannot tolerate wheat grass in liquid form; it’s not even an acquired taste. However, the health benefits are too strong to give up—it’s like concentrating a salad down to a pill.
