My profession requires me to do a good deal of speeches and talks in front of large crowds. I have never really gotten use to the crowds, and always find myself getting extremely nervous and tense before my speeches. I saw this product at my local drugstore and read that it helps control nervousness. I have to say I was very skeptical at first, but my doubts were quickly doused when I tried it for the first time. I take 3 tablets about an hour before my speeches and my nervousness is nonexistent. I no longer have to fear large crowds and would definitely recommend this product to anyone who suffers from anxiety.
