A great source of L-lycine, the amino acid that's a wonder in helping those that suffer from chronic cold sores. Also, this yeast is a great source of B vitamins and nutrients that can be lacking in a vegetarian and vegan diet. I suggest that all my vegetarian and vegan clients include this product in their regular diets to balance nutrition.
