One of the best pre-workout supplement of all time!

I have been working out for about 2 years now and my first year i really never used any supplements. One day one of my friends that i work out with, bought the 50 ser blue raspberry and he let me try a scoop of it. NO JOKE, i got to the gyn at 2:30 and didnt leave tell around 4:30..I have never worked out that hard im my life!!! it tasted pretty good and the pump was crazy! my vains were poping out and i had so much energy! I went and got me two buckets of it and i love it, I got to say that after a while you do get immune to the no-xplode, so go 1 month with it, and 1 month without. Also, DO NOT take more then 3 scoops, i have taken 2 and oh man i felt like crap and when i got home i wanted to puke..Over all, this is if not the best, one of the greatest pre-workout supplements out there.

I like the Fruit Punch Flavor Better but this works just as well. Energy burst within 15 minutes.
