This stuff does exactly what the company tells you it does, gives you the most explosive and long workout possible, i am taking this product right now and my lean mass has increased by 30% which is alot, ive gained 10 pounds just over 6 weeks of this though i do combine it with gaspari's real mass which is also an awesome product. The taste of super Pump 250 is incredible, its the first creatine product that tastes so good i actually look forward to drinking it every day. my cousin ket me try this product when we were in the high school weight room and i felt so pumped up i wanted to work out non stop and it helps you finish that last set of weights that really matters . idk if it was just me but i wasnt sore at all after that. it works it gives you alot of energy and agility
