Not as impressive as the claim

While I agree in the premise that increased oxygen levels do indeed help endurance athletes, endurance athletes typically benefit from that which promotes aerobic not anaerobic training.
I had an opportunity to try this but passed it up because the claims contradict themselves. Plus enough clinical research was simply not available to back their claims. If you want increased endurance, try a slow releasing carb supplement and B vitamins product (liquid) to use during your workouts.
