Great for hard gainers

I like the fact that for hard gainers Protein Mountain Berry Sport Drink Powder combines the needed carbs with protein. Research indeed shows that protein synthesis is better when combined with a carb source. My 18 year old son has used this along with other mass gaining products and put on considerable lean mass. I recommended this to him for use during workouts to keep his energy levels high and to keep from burning lean muscle as fuel. For those like myself who wish to keep carbs and calories minimal and protein high- this might not be for you. Hard gainers- go for it! It also has great taste.
