Before i used this product i would feel very over-tired after a long moutain bike adventure. when I discovered this product i felt a very strong recovery time without the muscle cramps and the abilty to actully enjoy the the rest of the day. I love hammer products as they have helped me in all aspescts before and after my workouts.


Works as advertised

As a fairly avid athlete, I tend to work out at least 3-4 times a week. However, with my busy work schedule, these workouts have had a negative impact on my job performance as I've felt tired, sore, and sometimes milady sick. Recoverite has certainly improved my post-workout feelings. I now feel more refreshed and energized, without the soreness that plagued me before.

The taste is also not bad. Its similar to some proteins powders in that it is a bit thick, but I certainly wouldn't say it tastes "bad".
