Anti-Fatigue Caps

Helps for those all nighters

When I was in college a bunch of my guy friends would take Anti-Fatigue Caps to aide in their workouts. I followed suit not for work out but for increased energy. They helped me with my grueling work and college class schedule. They did not cause the jitters as some products do. They were effective for just the right amount of time and they did not cause sleeplessness. I absolutely recommend them for workouts and for energy supplements.

It does indeed reduce some muscle aches, noticeably within the first few hours after your workout. However, when you lie down to sleep, it seems to wear off and you feel sore. Additionally, waking up my body felt very worn-down as if I just got done running a few miles. I was very tired the next day during the month I used these caps. Comparing the cost and benefits of this item, I don't think it's worth buying.

I have mixed feelings about this product. It does help keep you from feeling muscle aches WHILE you are working out, but it seems to make the muscles ache double the next day. I didn't really notice and energy boost behind it. I did notice I didn't get cramps while taking this, though.
