Not bad...

But could be better. I bought this for use on my neck/shoulder area for an old whiplash injury. It did help a bit, however I guess my pain is better off with something more potent. Maybe this is best used on minor strains and bruises. I love the gel format - it soaks in quickly without being greasy, which is the downfall of most pain/muscle rubs. It also doesn't leave you smelling like grandpa's medicine cabinet, which is a huge plus.

I prefer using natural products, so I decided to try arnica gel. Boiron makes great products, so it's a name I really do trust. Unfortunately though, I found that arnica gel did not do much to help my muscle soreness. It helped a little bit, but not much.
