Being someone who eats well and workous out effectively I have not personally noticed the benefit in testerone enhancing products and have personally written them off as an overall waste of money. With respect to this particular product, if there was any increase in strength it was negligeable compare to the hefty price tag of $80. Overall, my experience in strength and size increase was no more enhanced than it is under normal circumstances.
