I had torn some tendons in my knee and I didn't want to cease my workouts afterwords or change them, so a friend recommended that I try these. I feel like I am noticeably stronger in my joints and tendons and have had no further problems since taking Joint Fuel. I would definitely recommend these both as preventative method to make sure your tendons and joints are strong so you don't ever have a problem, and also after you have a problem to maintain and rebuild strength in your tendons.
