The right dosage of DHEA

One reason I like this product is that it contains the right amount of DHEA. Some manufacturers sell it in higher mg, but research seems have settled on the 50 mg size.

Because it affects hormones, you do not want to take more than the recommended amount. If you do this, my experience shows that you will be pleased with the results.
