This is one of the better flavors

If you're big into working out and going to use a powder this is a flavor that I liked. My whole family is really big into fitness. Between me, my husband, and my teenage sons we either use or have tried most types of supplement and protein shakes on the market. Sometimes to switch things up I would add a small amount of milk, cream, or frozen vanilla yogurt to the powder and pretend like I had a real milkshake.
