syntha-6 is one of the greatest protein drinks out there! It taste awsome, even better tasting then MuscleMilk, Freak Fix, and ON 100% whey gold standard. Syntha-6 is also a great meal replacement that will not give you stomach aches.

Syntha-6 is a sustained release formula designed to provide protein to muscle tissue over an extended amount of time. You get a nice blend of ultra-filtered protein concentrate, caseins, micro-filtered whey isolate, egg albumen,& calcium caseinate. You get 200 calories, 22 grams of protein, 15 grams of carbs mostly from the lower glycemic sugar polydextrose, 5 grams of fiber, & only 6 grams of fats. Syntha-6 has a smooth taste & a nice mix of ingredients. Try it ,you'll like it.

This is one of the best proteins I have ever tasted. It is not too thick when u put 2 scoops in 8 ounces of milk and it tastes like a milk shake! It also tastes very good mixed with water not to mention it does help build muscle and I haven't felt bloated. I'd recomened it if you are willing to spend the money because it is a little expensive.


Great Protein Overall

This is my personal favorite of the higher end brands. It is a little thick, as mentioned in other reviews, but the overall taste is not bad at all, especially after a bit of getting used to. I prefer this over GNC's premier protein as it seems to have yielded better results over the past few months, and the aforementioned taste issue.
