This is one of my son's favorites

This is a bar that my oldest son uses often so I know that it must taste decent. I also know that it does help out a lot in the muscle department. My husband, my sons, and I are all very big into fitness and competition so we've tried a wide variety of bars, and with all of the trial and error we've gone through I know my son has sampled enough other bars to have a good reason to continue using these bars, especially when getting ready for competitions.
