I'm not very big on lite flavors

I've had almost every brand and flavor of bar in my house. My whole family is big into fitness and competing so I've tried almost all the flavors there are and this is another one I didn't really care for. There's something about it being lite, it just seems to have almost like a weird aftertaste to me, although maybe if you are a big fan of chocolate crisp candy bars maybe this would be for you. The flavor of the bars you eat are very important to help you maintain your regiment. The flavor is also helpful sometimes if you have a sweet tooth, they can help you take care of it without messing up your training.
