RE: For the uninformed consumers
by me

Stephan Gi Won Yoon is wrong. Yes, some products do make you pay more and give you "50 g protein per serving." Thats wonderful except your body can only process 25 g of protein per meal/sitdown. So you are wasting your money if you buy one of those products. This product is great!

Great stuff

I tried this product for three months. and am pleased with the results. I didn't get the bulk that I was able to gain with other protein supplements. I did see results, just not as great as other supplements. In my opinion, this was a very average product.

great

My husband uses this product frequently during his body building training. He has tried similar products with different name brands and claims they mostly have all provided the same results. What I love about this product is that it makes him happy and saves us money in comparison to other whey products on the market.

For the uninformed consumers.
by Stephan Gi Won Yoon

Back when I didn't know a scrap about protein mixtures and brands I bought this. I'm sure the majority of people get this because GNC is probably the most well known vitamin store. Well, that's where people go wrong. I bought this and used it for maybe 2 months before finding out about other brands, a few years back when I started to work out. Compare this to quality protein brands like Optimum Nutrition, and this seems like a fluke. The protein content in the Optimum Nutrition is MUCH more higher and the amino acid strands are MUCH more better. I honestly believe all the reviews about this product are simply fraudulent because if people actually took this product, they would NOT rate this so high. Save your money and buy a quality brand. You'll see the growth assuming you put in the work.

This is quality stuff

I take this now and have since 2003. I love this stuff and have loved it almost since the first couple of weeks of taking it. It does take some getting use to and suggest first timers to pace yourself when first taking it. I prefer milk with mine, mainly to reduce the grainy taste and feeling you get when it's going down. It dissolves well and digests even better. The price is spectacular and right up my alley. GNC definitely kept their word on this one. I'm not truly a fan of soy, but I do love the benefits and the whey protein absorbs quick. I depend on this to help maintain my desired weight of an athletic 250 pounds.
