Oohh...peanut butter cup....yum

This one was on my favorite list. It could be because I'm partial to peanut butter cups, but if you're going for performance this is definitely a good choice for both nutritional value and taste. My whole family is really big into fitness. Between me, my husband, and my teenage sons we either use or have tried most types of power bars and supplements on the market. The important thing I've come to realize from our experience is no matter how healthy something is for you it really comes down to the taste as well. I'm not saying it's gonna be delicious ( it's health food) but if it just tastes awful then most likely you're gonna find something that performs the same but tastes better. I have proof of this in the form of half full canisters of powders and half full boxes of bars that are collecting dust in my cabinets.
