My husband used this to beef up a little. Beef up he did. There is a certain time when this stuff is even more effective. I want to say after a strenth training workout. I'm not sure but however he used it, it worked. He did however have slight gas after. Other than that, not bad.

This product is so much more than the same high stimulant rush you get from all those energy drinks. I could never focus or train well on those products, and I think a lot of people just use them for the high. It has all the nutrients in one formula. I read research, and I can tell MANY products out there are using ineffective doses.
