I switched to this product after trying many other protein shakes from competitors. I feel this shake gives you most value for the price and the flavor is also comparable. After a few weeks I truly noticed a change and feel that this product was a catalyst in helping me achieve my goals. I have been a regular user now for over 6months and would recommend it to others.


Great Value

This is the best value on the market. This is a similar product to the more expensive brands that I have tried at GNC. I have not noticed any difference since changing to this less expensive product. I take this product 1-2 a day. It definitely helps in recovery time after an intensive workout. I would recommend this product if you are on a budget.


Average Product

This product is average compared to the other brands you can get. For the price, it is worth it, but if you are serious about getting extra protein, you would be better off spending a bit more on the better products. I've tried this for a month and I have to say it was worth the money but not worth the effort. I am probably going to switch to a different product in a few weeks after I give this product another chance. This is a good product for the average consumer who needs to increase their protein intake but will disappoint those who need more.
