Protein is THIS good?

I have used the meal replacement bars by Met-Rx for years, but the drink is also fantastic. I first tried this while traveling and finding in a local store. I could not believe how great this was and had to order some as soon as I got back home. This was great for following my workouts during that window of opportunity, those first fifteen minutes post workout; and even on the go- while driving.
This is a tasty way to keep the body anabolic (muscle building stage) while keeping the calories in check.
