Great almost-vegan protein option!

I love this protein. It is non-gmo soy, which is so important to our health, and it provides the biggest bang for the lowest calories as a protein shake! The flavors are all delicious, although I am such a sucker for blueberries and cream. I have one of these a day after my morning work out, and sometimes I even have one for dessert. It's a great way for a vegan athlete like me to make sure I'm getting adequate protein.

The only thing that keeps it from being 100% vegan is the ingredient: bee pollen. I do not go so far as to avoid bee products as a vegan simply because it is too difficult for me to avoid honey on tour. That's why I will go ahead and drink this protein shake despite the animal product ingredient.
