Very tasty even though the slightly greenish hue is off-putting. Impressive nutrient profile. Sometimes I prefer powders with more protein and less carbs, but this is still an excellent way to boost one's protein intake.

Although I do like the chocolate flavor, I prefer the vanilla so I can mix in different fruits for a wonderful smoothie to start my day. Highly Recommend this delicious product. Soooo good and good for you.

the vanilla has the lovest amount of sugar. I have this for breakfast mixed with soy or reg milk and as long as i use a blender the texture is great and it has a great taste to, It helps regulate my blood sugars and if you want more of a filling meal add frozen of fresh fruit
