I personally used this brand a while back and if you're looking for a high protein energy meal this company does make a good powder. My whole family is really big into fitness. Between me, my husband, and my teenage sons we either use or have tried most types of power bars and supplements on the market. Going through so many different kinds you find flavors you like and flavors you hate. I highly suggest if you plan on purchasing Spiru-tein that you first order the variety pack, It's a wise idea to do with any powder brand you plan on using. From my experience I've realized that not all brands' flavors are gonna taste the same, two different company's vanilla powders can taste completely different from each other so if you have the option get a variety pack from a brand so you can figure out which flavor you like before committing to a large container.
