Best deal!
by Stephen

This is truly a fantastic product. I have noticed that it really has increased my energy level and helps me get through those tough work out sessions. It does not have much of a taste at all. You need to remember to drink lots of water while you are using this product; it is very important to do so.

Creatine - Not as good as the hype
by Mark

I started taking creatine about 6 years for a period of 1 year. I since started taking it again about 6 months ago. I've taken the capsule form because the liquid and powder forms were not very tasteful.

Creatine seemed to give me a solid boost of energy during my workouts. During your initial few weeks, you'll notice the greatest increase in bulk and strength.

When you stop taking creatine, you'll lose a significant amount of the bulk especially if you are not maintaining a high level routine of additional supplements. While taking creatine, you need to ingest a lot of water. I would usually finish 2 liters during workout and 2 liters after. The final negative I have is that creatine can get pretty costly.

I'm still taking the product and am undecided on whether I'll continue after my supply runs out. I feel that with a good balance of protein, minerals and general nutrition you can reach similar energy levels and mass gains without the retaining of "water bulk". However, if you are really looking for that extra boost, creatine can offer it for you. Just be prepared to maintain the supplement regimen for an extended period of time.

Good Stuff but Requires Devotion
by sean

Creatine is a great supplement for building your mass but if you get off the stuff for a period of time, you'll lose the mass you gained...would recommend only starting if you think you can keep on the program. Very inexpensive and easy.

More Pleasant than powders, provides muscle building and strength
by Jenny

After a death in the family in 2005, my younger son, who just turned 31, gave up on his weight training and became very sedentary from depression. By last July, he began to develop a slight paunch, a soft roll actually, around his middle and had put on almost 20 pounds. After a doctor's visit, he finally began weight training again and long distance running, as well as gymnastics. Although he had previously been on a supplement of Creatine powder, he found it unpleasant and hard to swallow and the products did not mix up well with juices. He switched to this formula and has so far built new muscle mass, lost 15 pounds, and has again gotten in shape. He credits this product, Pro Performance, with giving him extra stamina and helping him build a better physique, while losing only "fat", and not his needed muscle. With sit-ups, push ups, weight training and this product, he looks and feels much better. The paunch has quickly turned into a nice flat stomach again and he has no problem with loss of energy during long work-outs. Easier and more pleasant to take than powders, this product is highly recommended.
