Only makes you look bigger

Friends have used it and claimed that it just makes your muscles hold more water weight so your muscles look bigger. It doesn't acually make your muscles stronger or more effective.

Creatine is a great supplement for those interested in increasing lean mass and improving sports performance. However, especially in terms of value for money, I would not be hugely enthusiastic about this product. I would recommend a straight up creatine monohydrate powder rather than capsules. This will favor the buyer in terms of a $ to serving ratio. However, if you want the convenience of capsules and are willing to pay the extra cash then this product is a good choice.
