A serious boost!

On it's own, the effects of creatine are subtle. If taken while working out regularly the effects can be dramatic! Heavy weightlifters have known about creatine for years- it helps build muscle mass AND burn fat! In my experience, this is not really for beginners, however when athletes 'plateau - creatine shows the best effects, helping to push you past your old limits. At least it did for me.

I was unimpressed with this product. I work out 4-5 hours a day, and I didn't see any added benefit from taking this supplement. I haven't seen any different results than if I had used nothing at all.
