This protein/soy bar is delicious. I prefer the mint chocolate and chocolate brownie myself. It's packed with protein and its great! I'm a vegetarian so its a perfect protein enriched snack on the go! Two thumbs up!

Tried this bar when I could not find my regular protein bar and found this one to be tastier, as well as having more protein than my old brand. I keep this on hand at all times for a quick meal or snack. Very good.


Oustanding protein source

This protein bar is not only an excellent source and tastes great, it is lower in sugar, higher in actual protein, and comes in multiple versions. For me, the lower carb bar was better- but for use immediately after the workout, this one is perfect. The protein delivery is more efficient with a complex carb source post-workout.
I definitely recommend Soy Protein bar, especially during that 15 minute anabolic window following your workout.

Tastes pretty good for a protein bar. The ultra bars are high in calories and lower in protein. These aren't cheap either. Also offer a low carb version that is crunchy and good as a snack.
