Good mix of soy protein & liquid taste

I took one of these SynerProtein cans 2 months ago and I like it so far. This is one of the only protein liquid that I have tried that actually tastes pretty decent, and is not high in carbohydrates for weight gain. This is a great maintenance protein drink for someone who wants to maintain slim figure and energy - it did it's job on me. It is best served very cold. Mix it with cold milk and viola'! You get your own healthy soy protein milk shake! Recommend using a blender with ice, milk, and this product.
