It doesn't have a yummylicious taste, but it's not gagging material. I'ts good for what it's meant for. But there might be some other more delectable ways to get it.

Good alternative

Soy has been very important nutrition among Asian counties for a long time. It contains high quality protein, and healthier than meat. All eight essentials amino acids are present in the soybean, which makes the soybean protein a complete protein. If you don't like Tofu or natural soybeans, this could be a good alternative.
