As a Vegan I have been using this product for quite a while now (Mostly the chocolate flavour)
It has a good taste and contains almost half on my daily protein and calcium requirement on just one scoop



Great Natural Protein

This is not a body builder product. This is a soy based protein supplement. I have used many Soy protein powder, and this one has the right balance of decent taste, no artificial sweeteners, high protein per scoop ratio, AND a decent price. This is priced like other high-protein soy protein roducts that taste awful.

If you are a vegetarian looking to ensure you or your kids protein intake give this one a try.

I tried using PhytoSoy for about 2.5 months and it didn't really help me gain strength/weight. The taste leaves a lot to be desired and the results are lacking. Stick to the better known products instead of wasting your time with this.
