A friend gave me some of this when I was out of my regular protein powder. I used it for my morning protein shake and loved the flavor. I have been using this in my morning smoothies for about a month, and find it tasty as well as a great protein source. I just put it in the blender with fruit and have a great breakfast that I know is good for me.

We all know what soy protein tastes like, and it's kinda chalky and gross. Thus, I always find however they can make the smoothie taste good and not chalky while not sacrificing protein content is what really makes a smoothie good. This was delicious and very vanilla-y.
