These are my husbands favorite flavor of myoplex bars.He takes 1 in the morning, for breakfast. He also takes one with him for his lunch break at work.Sometimes he will have one at night for a snack before he does his sit ups, and push ups.He says it helps him maintain his energy, while giving him what he needs to rebuild his proteins and minerals.And it helps him look good.Thats important to him.
